Welcome to Mercuri! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mercuri chatbot services on the Shopify and Wix platforms. By accessing or using Mercuri, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Mercuri.

1. Use of Mercuri

1.1 License

Mercuri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the chatbot services for the purpose of customer support on your eCommerce store.

1.2 Restrictions

You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Mercuri chatbot.

2. User Conduct

2.1 Compliance: You agree to use Mercuri in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. 

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any activities that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair Mercuri, or interfere with any other user’s access to Mercuri.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

3.1 User Information: Mercuri may collect and use user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using Mercuri, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 

4. eCommerce Transactions

4.1 Integration: Mercuri may assist with customer support for eCommerce transactions. However, Mercuri is not responsible for the actual transactions or the products and services offered by your eCommerce store.

4.2 Security: While Mercuri implements security measures, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your eCommerce store, including customer data and payment information. 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: Mercuri and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the chatbot services. You may not use Mercuri’s intellectual property without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty: Mercuri is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the chatbot services. 

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Mercuri and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Mercuri. 

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Mercuri: Mercuri reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the chatbot services at any time, with or without cause and without notice. 

7.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your use of Mercuri at any time by discontinuing its use.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. ditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Updates: Mercuri reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Your continued use of Mercuri after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
